The YNOTLOC YC10 is a high quality, low voltage lock designed to automatically secure cupboards and drawers. Discretely concealed inside the cabinetry, the YC10 uses patented technology to offer a simple and effective cabinet locking solution ideal for restricting access to desired cabinets, whether it’s keeping children safe in kitchens or securing documents in office drawers.
What makes the YC10 lock so unique however is its ability to operate as a complete system and pre made packs are offered to provide a total locking system for multiple cabinets. The YC10 system consists of several main items:
Locks mounted inside the cabinets with corresponding strikes secured to the doors or drawers.
A transformer to supply the power.
Jumper wires to connect locks together.
Switches to release individual locks.
A magnet wand to operate the switches.
A master switch to control multiple locks
Each door or drawer that requires securing has its own lock, but because of a daisy chain connection between the locks only one transformer is needed to supply power. This enables the locks to be fitted throughout an entire kitchen or workspace all powered from a single power point and also allows for individual access to a cabinet or central control to all connected cabinets.
As a cupboard or drawer is closed, the strike automatically engages with the lock and the cabinet is secured. Unlocking is achieved by using one of two methods: a magnetic wand can be used to activate a concealed switch, or a button can be pressed. Plug and play connections on the rear of each lock ensure transformers, jumper wires and any switches will simply connect allowing the easiest possible installation and operation.
There are three ready made packs; The 2 Lock Starter Pack, The 4 Lock Pack and the Master Switch Pack. These offer the simplest and easiest solution to securing cabinets however the individual items and accessories can be purchased separately so you can build the exact system you want.

Many features such as a patented installation aid and one step deactivation make the system unique, and supplied in three ready made packs complete with all the necessary components purchasing YNOTLOC – Cabinet is a very simple process.
Enclosed in the 2 Lock Starter Pack is the transformer needed to supply power to the first lock, while the second lock obtains its power via the jumper wire connecting the two locks together. Also supplied in this pack is a magnet wand which when used in conjunction with a magnetic sensor connected to a lock, activates the lock and allows access to the cabinet.
With the first two locks in place, 4 Lock Packs can be purchased and offer easy expansion of the system. Again by utilizing the jumper wires to connect the locks together, power is still supplied from the original transformer.
At any stage a Master Switch Pack can be used to give the convenience of one button access to multiple locks.

A 12VDC transformer and battery are available to power the locks and control devices.
